These Terms apply only to the Waitlist — not to the ContentNest mobile app. App Terms live at /terms. Privacy for waitlist signups: /waitlist-privacy.

These Waitlist Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ContentNest AI waitlist website and your signup for the pre-launch email waitlist (the “Waitlist”).

The Waitlist is operated by Solovyov IT Services, an Einzelunternehmen (Einzelfirma) owned by Nikita Solovyov.

By joining the Waitlist or using waitlist.contentnest.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.

1. What this Waitlist is

ContentNest is a planned mobile app for social media marketing (SMM) planning and client approval. The Waitlist lets you share your email (and optionally answer a short questionnaire) so we can:

  • Confirm your signup
  • Notify you about launch and early-access opportunities
  • Better understand interest in the product

There is no payment required to join. Joining does not create a paid subscription, account, or contract for the product itself.

2. No guaranteed access

Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee early access, beta access, priority onboarding, or any particular launch timing or feature set.

We may invite some waitlist members to early access, invite none, or open access more broadly. Selection (if any) is at our sole discretion. We may change plans, delay launch, or not launch at all.

3. Communications

If you join, we may email you about signup confirmation, product launch, and early-access or related waitlist updates.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at hi@contentnest.ai. Unsubscribing stops marketing/launch emails; we may still send a short confirmation of your request if needed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the Waitlist. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

5. Accurate information and acceptable use

Please provide accurate contact information (especially your email). Optional questionnaire answers should be truthful to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to:

  • Sign up with a fake email or someone else’s email without permission
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or bulk methods to submit signups
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Waitlist site
  • Use the Waitlist for spam, fraud, or any unlawful purpose

We may remove or ignore signups that appear abusive, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Waitlist site—including text, branding, logos, design, and other content—is owned by Solovyov IT Services / ContentNest / CONTENTNEST AI or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse our content or branding without prior written permission, except for normal personal use of the site (e.g., reading and signing up).

Joining the Waitlist does not give you any ownership rights in ContentNest, our trademarks, or our software.

7. Disclaimers

The Waitlist and site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that launch or early-access communications will arrive on any specific schedule.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Waitlist or these Terms.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Waitlist will not exceed CHF 50 (or the equivalent in local currency), or the amount you paid us for Waitlist access (which is zero), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory Swiss law carve-outs).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Waitlist after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email where appropriate.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Canton of Zürich, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to sue in your home country.
