Waitlist Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ContentNest ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you join our waitlist at contentnest.ai (the "Site"). By submitting your email address and completing the questionnaire, you agree to the practices described here.

This Privacy Policy covers the waitlist at waitlist.contentnest.ai / contentnest.ai waitlist signup only. The ContentNest mobile app has a separate Privacy Policy at /privacy.

1. What we collect

  • Email address. Required to add you to the waitlist and send you a confirmation link.
  • Questionnaire answers. Your responses to the optional survey (number of clients, biggest workflow pain point, current tool stack, willingness to switch, and preferred mobile platform), including any free-text comments you choose to add.
  • Account confirmation status. A boolean flag that records whether you have clicked the verification link in our email.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data through the waitlist form. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this Site.

2. How we use your information

  • To reserve your spot on the waitlist and notify you at launch.
  • To confirm that your email address is valid and belongs to you.
  • To send you a single confirmation email and, later, a launch notification.
  • To aggregate survey answers anonymously so we can build a product that fits real SMM workflows.

We will not sell, rent, or share your email address or individual answers with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address and survey answers on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form and confirming your email. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hi@contentnest.ai, and we will remove your data from the waitlist.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a managed database hosted by our backend provider. Access is restricted by row-level security policies: only you can read your own confirmation status, and only server-side functions can write records. Email addresses are validated and stored in a normalized (lowercase) form to prevent duplicate entries. We do not store passwords.

While we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist entry for as long as the waitlist is active and until you request deletion. After the product launches, we will use your email only to notify you of availability unless you choose to create an account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@contentnest.ai and include the address you signed up with so we can locate your record.

7. Cookies

This Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use a strictly necessary session cookie for authentication if you confirm your email. No marketing or analytics cookies are set.

8. Children's privacy

The waitlist is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. International transfers

Your information is stored on servers that may be located outside your country of residence. By submitting the form, you consent to this transfer. We take steps to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email if you have confirmed your address.
